Fraud Requirements for booking:

1. HostyMosty verifies all credit cards, photo identification, and personal data upon booking;

2. Upon arrival, we require the guest on the reservation to provide a selfie photo next to their ID to verify identity

before providing access to the Hosty Mosty unit, thus ensuring the guest that made the reservation is staying at the

property. (third party reservation can be made but must be disclosed prior to booking)

3. We require a $500 deposit prior to arrival which must be paid via ZELLE, VENMO, or Wire Transfer which is

refunded within three business days if there is no damage reported to the property

Unless otherwise stated, HostyMosty and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on hostymosty.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from hostymosty for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
